You’ll be in very good hands, as Motara Thomas is a Fashion Entrepreneur with a strong background in Product development & Supply Chain Management. Equipped with a BA(HONS) FASHION: Design & Marketing from London College of Fashion, Motara has spent the past ten years educating and training over 100 African Artisans to collaborate with international fashion brands to produce globally marketed products for Osei Duro, Omi Woods (formally Asikere Afana), Global Mamas, and Ituen Basi.
During this ten year journey, Motara discovered the beauty in the craft of indigenous African artisans and developed a passion to elevate their skills to proliferate international quality, African fashion on the world stage. This lead to the establishment of C3X Lab, an ethical fashion production hub with a goal of training 5,000 indigenous African artisans over the next 5 years to design and produce international quality “Made In Africa” fashion products. C3X Lab operates on the founding principles of Creation, Collaboration & Community will achieve this vision by building 4 “Made In Africa” In-house fashion labels, and producing international standard clothing & accessories for over 100 brands across Africa and the globe.
