LEVEL UP! The 4th and Final of 2018

Wow! It’s been a year already? The Assembly Hub launched the first edition of the quarterly speed mentoring meetup, LEVEL UP! in late January and we’re glad to have hosted our last of the year. Here’s a quick recap of what went down at the fourth edition of LEVEL UP!

The final edition of LEVEL UP! for the year brought together once more, a variety of veterans from the Nigeria’s various creative sectors. Notable names included Photographer, Kelechi Amadi-Obi, Founder, Femi Handbags, Femi Olayebi, Osione Itegboje of Light Design Studio, Media personality, Dakore Akande. Also in the house was the former Editor in Chief of Mania Magazine , Godson Ukaegbu, Founder of the Apples & Oranges Spa, Beatrice Eneh , as well as Kemi Lewis of KLS Natural Hair Salon and Jay Chikezie of Nairabox giving a tech edge to the line up.

There was a major emphasis on understanding one’s core competency as a creative brand and business , as well as fully understanding your target audience. Femi Olayebi, further explained the importance of ones intimate knowledge of the target audience, as it’s likely that your competition would have similar products to you, however understanding your prospective customers would help dictate the best ways to specifically cater to them and differentiate your offering.
