
Administrative Executive – Beth Model Management
Founded by Elizabeth Isiorho in 2004, BETH MODEL MANAGEMENT is the largest and most successful modeling agency In Africa. With partners in New York, London, Paris, Milan, and Spain; Beth focuses on discovering new talent and transforming them into superstars.
Beth encompasses two divisions; Women and Men. She seeks to promote talents indigenously by working with local and international brands across the fashion and creative industry. The agency has become the most reputable, successful, and respected modeling agency in Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain day-to-day administrative tasks and office maintenance
- Maintain models profiles and records
- Deal with potential models
- Drive new business through phone calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Assist the booking team with the model’s day-to-day schedules
- Maintains and develops relationships with talents, casting directors, and clients
- Scout new faces
- Attend castings and shoots
- Profiling/VTR of models.
QUALIFICATION
- Have at least 2-3 years of work experience
- B.Sc. in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere
- Basic skills in photography and videography (handling a camera)
REQUIREMENTS
- Proximity to the office is important
- Fluent in speaking and writing
- Able to receive and send out Emails
- Basic office administrative task
- Must have passion for the modeling industry

SALARY
- N51,000 – N80,000 monthly
