
Business Development and Marketing Executive – Scentimental

At Scentimental, we relate our success directly to the strength of our employees. We’re seeking an experienced individual to join us as a Business Development and Marketing Executive. As an ideal candidate, you will have proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales. You have great relationship building skills, and can generate and close new sales leads/prospects.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the business development and marketing strategy for B2B annually
- Lead all B2B business development activities to grow company revenue
- Lead growth of long term relationships with hotels and corporates in Nigeria
- Lead growth of retailer (stockists) network in Nigeria
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
- Proven experience in a similar role. Applicants must be able to demonstrate this.
Shortlisted applicants will need to provide details of previous employer to allow us verify their ability deliver consistent sales. - Proven ability to develop and deploy marketing strategies.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Knowledge and passion for the fragrance industry (or consumer goods)
- Minimum OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Marketing)
WORKTYPE
- Full-time (Remote)
* PREFERRED START DATE: Immediately
SALARY
- N120,000 (depending on experience) + 10% commission on sales +2% bonus commission on orders of N1m or more
