
Creative Assistant – Andrea Iyamah
ANDREA IYAMAH is a fashion brand recognised for its eccentric and unique take on swimwear and ready-to-wear clothing and We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Assistant to the office of the CEO. As a Creative Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the CEO in managing and executing creative projects, brand development, and daily administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring the CEO’s vision for the company is realized while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
JOB DUTIES
- Assist the CEO in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and planning creative initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring they align with the company’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and evolve the company’s brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the CEO on fashion styling for photoshoots, campaigns, and events.
- Assist in selecting clothing, accessories, and props to create visually appealing looks.
- Ensure the styling aligns with the brand’s image and vision
- Help maintain brand consistency across all company materials and communications.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and handle travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fashion industry.
- Gather data and information to support decision-making processes.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communication materials on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in planning and organizing fashion-related events, runway shows, and product launches.
- Ensure all event details are meticulously managed.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion, styling, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a creative or administrative role in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and fashion.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

SALARY RANGE
- 200,000 NGN to 250,000 NGN
