- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Full-time (On-site VGC Lagos)
- 9:00AM -6:30PM
- N200,000NGN – N250,000NGN
