
Executive Assistant – Andrea Iyamah
ANDREA IYAMAH is a fashion brand recognised for its eccentric and unique take on swimwear and ready-to-wear clothing and We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s office, maintaining confidentiality, and handling a wide range of administrative and executive tasks. You will be the CEO’s right hand, helping to execute their vision and ensuring efficient communication and coordination within the organization.
JOB DUTIES
- Maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internal and external.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and has all necessary materials.
- Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including visa application, flights, accommodations, and transportation, to optimize the CEO’s schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing phone calls and emails.
- Draft and edit emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain the CEO’s office, ensuring it is well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the Director.
- Assist the CEO in various projects, research, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Head Designer
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and a commitment to representing the CEO and the company effectively.

SALARY RANGE
- 300,000 NGN to 350,000 NGN
