JOB SUMMARY

The Fashion Retail Associate is responsible for all sales activities, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience, and for the visual merchandising of the store. The retail associate will be required to assist customers in choosing and coordinating selected outfits to best reflect a
desired style. As a retail associate, you will be required to process payments by operating cash registers and financial transactions. You must be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally. You should also maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting the company’s commitment to our customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide customers with a memorable shopping experience.
  • Drive sales using brand and product knowledge.
  • Using fashion expertise to help customers determine their desired style.
  • Facilitate customer transactions using Point of Sales software.
  • Respond to customer orders and inquiries on our website via email and telephone.
  • Prepare and update daily sales reports as well as product inventory.
  • Prepare and display new merchandise.
  • Liaise with stockists as well as handle returns and organize replacements accordingly.

  • Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess gracious personality with excellent communication skill.
  • Possess a strong fashion flare and passion.
  • Proactive and sales-driven.
  • An eye for visual composition and proportion.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with computers.

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday – Saturday
  • 8:30am – 6pm.

SALARY

  • N70,0000 – N100,000
