
Fashion Sales Associate – Vane Style
Vane Style is a style agency with over 20 years of specialized services in Retail brand development, Personal style services, and Corporate projects. Our clients are our priority and their satisfaction is our intended delight.
Our retail brand development involves commercialized projects, working with fashion designers or retail brand owners looking to launch new fashion brands, restructure their businesses and scale their businesses and everything fashion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting customers when they walk through the door.
- Communicating with prospective clients on our social media platforms; greeting them online politely, responding promptly to messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, E-mails, etc.
- Provide accurate/detailed information on items (products, pricing, after sales services).
- Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
- Handle shipping logistics of all orders via WhatsApp, Instagram, E-mails. Follow up on all orders consistently, send tracking details to clients and encourage clients to give reviews on google.
- Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed.
- Inviting customers to search the company’s website to shop more items.
- Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary.
- Ensure stock/inventory is managed and arranged accordingly.
- Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.
- Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports which should include – analytics of best sellers, number of inquires, number of sales and data that is helpful to company growth and improvement of service overall.
- Create questionnaires on Google doc and send to clients on items purchased from the store. Compile feedbacks on Canva from Clients on Sales.
- Encourage clients to send pictures of them in the outfits purchased from the store.
- Update clients’ database: birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc.
- Report directly to the Senior Sales Associate.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 1-2 years Relevant experience in similar role, in Retail and Fashion
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workloads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
THE OFFER OF FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT
- A one month trial period, testing your ability to handle the assigned responsibilities as detailed in your job description provided.
- You will receive feedback on your performance and confirmation of employment upon successful completion of the trail period.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
- A monthly NET income of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (₦150,000) with 1% commission on sales made after probationary period.
- Access to an Official Phone. A telephone allowance of ₦5,000 will be given monthly.
- Access to a maximum of 10 leave days each working year with clearance from the Management upon completion of 12 months of full-time employment.
- Health Insurance upon the successful completion of the trail period.
- Loan application upon the completion of 12 months of full-time employment.
WORK HOURS
- 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Mondays – Saturdays
You are required to work 4 days a week.
