provides the style conscious woman with the right wardrobe options to go through life and career with grace and confidence. 
We are looking for a personable and eloquent individual to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall store management, as well as ensuring the ambience of the store is constantly maintained in line with the brand identity.


  • Welcome and attend to clients
  • Handle all enquiries, shipping, returns and resolve clients’ complaints in an intelligent and professional manner in-store (and online as required
  • Monitoring inventory levels
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Constantly ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting monthly sales goals
  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationship
  • Reach out to customers leads through cold calling
  • Collaborate with the media team regarding use of social media
  • Build sales report, monthly or weekly, on excel
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s base and ensure its strong presence
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
  • Determine/develop discount rates or special pricing plan
  • Track clients order
  • Ensure timely delivery of clients order with the production team
  • Prepare & package clients order for delivery
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing program


  • Must be result-driven and customer service oriented
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS word
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationship.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Extensive experience
  • Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognising and reacting to changing trends
  • Have an analytic approach


  • Minimum bachelors degree in Marketing or related field and/or 2 – 3 years experience in similar role

Note: Must be willing to work flexible/late hours, Saturdays included, according to the needs of the company

Work hours 

9am – 6pm

Work days 

Monday – Saturday

Salary: N70,000
