SAVVIE is a fashion and beauty boutique. Our products offerings are Luxury Human Hair Extensions – Wigs, Bundles, Weaves, Loose Hair and Closure, Ready to wear fashion, Semi Fine Jewelry, Trend Jewelry, Bridal Jewelry, Custom Made Gems and Stones, Accessories: Handbags, Dinner Purses, Contemporary Occasion Wear Fabrics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Good selling skills
  • Good Communication skills: Listening, written and oral communication skills.
  • The successful candidate must have good digital marketing skills or be able to learn.
  • The successful candidate must be dependable and flexible, must be able to sell well, be a self-starter and must have good administration, business, and updated technology skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Understands the retail business and the importance of customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Product knowledge of our offerings – if you don’t know your product you can’t sell it
  • Complete understanding of our business process
  • Strong Selling Skills – Good ability to cross-sell and upsell to customers.
  • Customer relationship Management: Cultivate and develop a relationship with high spenders and manage the relationship with that customer for repeat business.
  • Present and Dress well
  • Meet monthly sales target.
  • Work strategically to develop and create content for social media – Videos, pictures, slides, graphics.
  • Capture products for digital use.
  • Drive online sales growth – all your customers are online.
  • Be able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Respond to all inquiries that the business receives
  • Must be able to arrange, display and sell fashion and beauty.
  • Collate basic Inventory, Expense and Sales Record.
  • Manage Participation of Savvie in Sales Exhibitions to include set up, sales and break down
  • The Sales team lead must: Support, groom, and coach sales staff to ensure they deliver on sales targets and customer service.
  • Support Business for sales staff development, performance and accountability
  • Coordinate and drive entire sales effort

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in management, business, or social sciences or SALES is a plus
  • Must be able to use: Excel, Word, and be well versed in social media applications
  • Should be able to figure out how to use customer database software
  • Very good communication skills: Oral and Written
  • Experience in fashion retail or beauty business, event planning, or business a must
  • Must have an interest in retail and interest in creating a customer experience
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to complete projects on their own
