They are looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated individual who is experienced, aggressive and has a passion for success under any organizational setup. The candidate must be able to show exemplary standards of customer service, aligned with the ability to build sales and to build long term relationships with clients.

Role Description:
Develops the sales plan to fulfil the growth and revenue goals of the organization. Being a Top Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of an organization’s products and/or services. Manages all aspects of the sales function including inside sales, outside sales and customer service teams.


  • Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and
  • Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
  • Map potential customers and generate leads/business opportunities for the organization
  • Motivating the team through leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Supervise sales associates to ensure they are demonstrating to their full potential with your
  • Responsible to engage customers, take measurements and represent the brand when
    the designer is not available.
  • Handle all customer relations/resolutions.
  • Set monthly sales targets for the team.
  • Oversee all store layout of merchandise, displays and stock.
  • Represent the company in areas of public interest like trade shows, fashion shows etc.
  • Maintain an up to date documentation of customer processing through the intake, order, follow
    up and delivery.
  • Coordinate the flow of goods from the stock room to the sales floor and handling all merchandise
  • Ensuring that sales operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Ensure that the department collaborates with all other departments to ensure smooth
    operation of boutique
  • Ensure that all company policies, procedures and directives are enforced consistently and
  • To ensure proper onboarding and training of new employees in all operational areas
    according to the company SOP
  • Organizing merchandise on shop floor
  • Assisting customers and advising them on fashion choices
  • Selling clothing and processing payments at checkout
  • Maintaining store in clean and tidy condition
  • Attaching and updating pricing tags on merchandise
  • Carrying out stocktaking and inventory monitoring duties
  • Handling returns and exchanges
  • Develop good relationship with customers to support business success and cultivate customer loyalty.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and suggesting solutions. Also ensuring that all customer complaints are resolve within 24 hours and same communicated to the latter.

  • Minimum OND/HND or equivalent
  • 3-year minimum strong experience in marketing and sales experience, leadership or
    management experience.


  • Must possess a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Must be flexible with their approach to work.
  • Available to work anytime of the day and at the hours necessary to open and close the store which may include nights, holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and apply skills to train staff.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to build and maintain an environment which projects a high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the brand’s lifestyle philosophy.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience of managing a team – demonstrating strong leadership skills
  • Ability to be pro-active and self-motivated
  • Flexibility with hours to suit the business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate down, across and up within the organization.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
  • The ability to carry out basic tasks on a computer and use labelling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS) software.
  • Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work flexible/late hours when necessary, including Saturdays,


  • N70,000 with bonus incentive upon achieving stipulated KPIs (to be confirmed upon hire)
  • Hours of work: 5 days a week (a scheduled will be determined) 9 am-5 pm (to be determined)
  • Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment.
