Pepper has over a decade experience in the fashion industry across the UK and West Africa. A seasoned professional in Fashion production, marketing and branding, Pepper has worked in roles varying from Stylist to Fashion Editor, Consultant to Brand Manager and Head of Channel of Africa’s first international Fashion & Lifestyle Station SPICE TV. 

A strong advocate for creative economy development, Pepper founded The Assembly, a platform and community for fashion and creative entrepreneurs and startups. Now pursuing her passion to drive growth within Africa’s fashion eco-system, she’s curious about leveraging trade and technology to do so.

Pepper currently works with TFO Canada, a Trade and Export agency for developing countries as a National Export Consultant and Trainer.
